There are various service agreements for both new and existing installations. Regular maintenance greatly reduces the risk of malfunction. In addition, annual maintenance is a reassuring thought in terms of liability: electrically driven barriers and other access control installations must be periodically monitored by specialists on the basis of European directives.

The agreements vary between a remote support agreement to a full service agreement.


Remote support

With a remote support agreement, clients will always be able to reach SC Solutions for technical support. This means that you will always have access to one of our qualified service engineers to help resolve issues. If necessary, the engineer will take over your system, and he will resolve any problems.

Besides technical support, you will always receive the newest updates of our software. Because of this you will always have the most up to date version of our software programmes.

A standard remote support agreement contains 2 hours of technical support and this can be extended up to any number of hours.

Exchange service: In case of a component failure, it is possible to make use of our exchange parts service. When there is a problem with one of our components, the client will send the broken part to us, and we will send a replacement part at the time time by express service. When the replacement part arrived at the facility, the part will be placed back with help from one of our qualified engineers by phone and/or online. When possible, SC Solutions will make repairs to the broken part, send by the client, and the part can be replaced again.
